You should have a reasonable physical condition, since the descent will last 4 hours, depending on the physical and technical level of the participants.

Full neoprene Suit 5mm, thermal shirt, neoprene socks, boots, helmet, harness, cold lunch, technical framework and personal accident insurance.

 

What to bring

Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen for the face.

Men should avoid as far as possible, the swimming shorts with long legs, as they curl up under the neopren fabric.
